Our team will be involved in building a project plan to; monitor contractor performance, be proactive in identifying early problems and/or obstacles with tasks, workmanship, schedules, cost, and adjust accordingly.  

Ambit PM will communicate project progress to all stakeholders, management, engineering and operations staff. Ambit’s capable of representing the clients’ interest in respect to planning, plant quality, budget and schedule.
